Delivery of identity documents: Back to normal

The incident that affected the issuing of national identity cards and passports since last Monday has now been resolved. Servicing was carried out on Tuesday evening to restore the entire network to working order.

 

There are no longer any dropped connections between the processing of pre-applications and applications.

Documents can now be issued at any point in the country.  

No data was lost.

 

The ANTS sincerely apologises to users who experienced a delay of 1 to 2 days in receiving their documents.

It is maintaining its vigilance to ensure that the system is operating normally throughout the country, in regular liaison with municipalities and prefectures.
