I prepare my application (online or using a form)

I submit a pre-application online on the France Titres website (passeport.ants.gouv.fr), or I fill out a Cerfa form (available at the town hall).

I make an appointment at the town hall

You can submit your application in the municipality of your choice, provided it is equipped to handle such requests. It is not mandatory to apply in your place of residence.
