Pre-application online
You can track all your pre-applications online from the dashboard in your space.
Once you have completed your pre-application for a passport and/or national identity card online, you must go to the municipal government office with your pre-application numberto validate the application with an employee there.
That employee will:
- validate your pre-application in the computer system using the pre-application number or the QR code from your summary
- check the other documents in your file
- scan your fingerprints
- issue you with a receipt showing your application number.
You can use the application number given to you by the municipal employee to track the progress of your passport and/or CNI from your account.
If you want to change the information in your pre-application:
Case 1: Your pre-application has not been validated.
- Log in to your account,
- Click on “New Request”
- Select the type of pre-application you wish to initiate
- Retrieve your pre-application form from your dashboard
Step 1 of your pre-application (the reason) cannot be changed. If this reason is incorrect, you must delete your pre-application and start a new one.
When your pre-application is in draft form, you can modify, view or delete it.
Case 2: You have validated your pre-application
- We invite you to go to a municipal government office equipped with a fingerprint scanner so that it can correct the incorrect information on your pre-application form.
To find a such a suitably equipped office near you, you can use the map of authorised offices.
In all cases, you can delete your pre-application as long as you have not validated it at the government office.
